Do we know how much IOR sold Pools for, they left Pools debt free, how can you put a valuation of a million pounds on Pools, what assets do they have, certainly no where near a million pound as the fella said on Tees Pools aren’t worth a £1. There is rumoured to be a million pounds of debt from where ever, if a buyer bought Pools for a million would that debt be cleared ?

Could it be that he is covering his tracks, maneuvering finances, ducking and diving, burying skeletons etc before handing over the keys of paradise to the new owners? Highly unlikely but the ongoing news blackout is inexplicable even given Singh's previous antics.

FFS Jamie can you see Raj writing anything off, He will say speak to the tax man.

He won’t write anything off, according to a Mail report he bought Pools from John Blackledge for a £1 with stage payments to follow, how much has been paid back and surely the repayments would have come from income from the club not from Singh himself. TBH it’s a minefield and I can fully understand why it’s taking so long unraveling all the finances involved.
If money is still owed then Blackledge will want to know that a new owner can continue to pay the balance of what is owed.

According to most reports at the time a figure of around £1.2m was invested by Raj and Jeff when they rescued the club. No idea where the £1 valuation has come from.
For certain all this dicking around isn't over a f*cking quid is it?
