Believe it or not that thought has crossed my mind

But I fly on the Monday morning, I fancy a few pints with my mate who lives down the smoke on the Sunday though. It will save me getting up at ridiculous O'clock on the Monday morning to travel down to London as well.

Aye, Mr J, just being facetious. Try this:

http://www.thetrainline.com/default.asp ... f6d7b84890

But make sure you use a debit card 'cos it's 2 quid for credit cards and make sure you untick the travel insurance box.

It's actually Sunday the 11th I want to travel, and all of the £11 seats seem to have gone buts its only £20 anyway which is not bad at all.

Again cheers, all I need now is my mate to return my E Mail so I know I have somewhere to kip clappp

It was the gazette who had the cheap train tickets but think you needed to collect tokens. Booking through the GNER site is cheaper than the trainline.com

PJ,if youre stuck for a kip theres always St Christphers hostels where you can get a bed for around £15,it means sharing with strangers though.

Make sure you give yourself plenty of time on the Monday though, it takes about an hour from central London to Heathrow on the tube

there is absolutley NO way on this planet I would share a room with a stranger. I'd sooner pay 100 notes a night and have had to borrow the money to pay it, than do that.

If you use this site http://www.transportdirect.info/Transpo ... Input.aspx
you can pick a fare and then find which trains its still available on (if any). Might save you some time on GNER/Trainline as you can handoff direct to the confirmation page.

Plus we get paid by the hit!!!

I fully concur!

I don't do camping either.

What's the point in sleeping on the floor pretty much outside?

Or in Mr I's case mincing around a dance floor in make up and tight keks!
