Message reads.....

The denizens of League two 2006-2007 runners-up 'Hartlepool United' unofficial messageboard 'The Pooliebunker' have asked any interested parties to 'meet up' :

29th September - Mill House pub near the ground - 12.00 onwards.

This is not for a bruising bout of fisticuffs, but for a pleasant pint and chat about all things football. They are a friendly lot, and don't take it too seriously. A refreshing change from the money/trophy orientated pap that seems to infect the upper reaches of the English game. I've been on the board for a while now and it's a decent crowd so it will be good to put a few names to faces.

I recommend them to the house......

they cant mean us
They're a terrible, cliquey bunch of people on that website, impossible to understand unless you've been there more than a year and full of in jokes. Their language borders on the indecent, and you never get a warm welcome (I was told to f*** off within a week of joining). ANyone who does not conform gets bagged mercilessly. They pride themselves on nonsense threads and little football gets discussed, unless they're slating their Hartlepool Rivals site for the same thing.

Just like being on here - should be fun. Mr. Green

Last week they were only serving cans. No draught stuff.

It only opens once a week, so if there is draught stuff it will taste like dogpiss. So they won't have any draught stuff.

They're hardly likely to stock up too highly on cans and bottles to cope with a large "meet up" and even if they did they won't have enough fridges to serve them cold.

So the best case scenario is that you'll be able to drink warm cans.

Cushty.

I'll be in Bar One or King Johns with cheap cold lager.

Ripper would you mind if I delete your post.

The Mill House will be opeb and fully functional by the next game. They were getting a new Cellar fitted last monday.

The pub will eventually be fully open as well. It has been bought by the people that run the King Oswy Pub.

So cut the crap.

the king oswy

I aint ventured over that part of the town in a bout a month but has it opened up again, or at least got it's tiles back?

If you're sure that this is the case then feel free to delete it if you think it is necessary.

But seeing as though you've clarified the situation then maybe there is no need?

I think you're 4th on at about twenty to one.

Dibble is last at twenty to three.

I think she's doing four an hour.
