It has been 5 years 4 months and still no accountability
My husband was a very hard working man deeply loved and sorely missed by ALL who love him.
My heart was shattered the day he was killed, hearing the horror of how he was killed knowing he was shouting for help but no one could save him or his colleague.
He was killed through absolutely NO fault of his own
Their bodies remained in the air in the cherry picker basket for 7 days as it was too dangerous too recover them. The ammonia vessel was on the verge of collapse this was a major incident had it collapsed the people of Middlesbrough would have had to be evacuated.
I am desperate for answers
I know John F Hunt were carrying out the works on the site using Hot Works when he was tragically killed
I also heard Martin Corney and Christopher Musgrove had offices on the site in 2019 can anyone confirm that?
Please can someone come forward if you have any information that can help us family I feel my husband deserves to rest in peace but feel he can’t until we all have the answers we desperately seek.
The people of Middlesbrough have been kind to me and our families and we much appreciate all the support we have been given.

I can’t imagine what it must have like for the widow knowing her husband was stuck in a cherry picker for 7 days. They said it was too dangerous, not an engineering expert but why did they not use a long reach telescopic crane or even the telescopic ladder from the fire brigade.
The two who owned the company and appointed the stubbies for the demolition on the cheap walked away with £50 million in profit and there has been no comment from Houchen. Yes I keep going on about it but it’s an absolute disgrace what went on.

Disgraceful that they haven't been taken to Court.
