I took us to lose 3-1 a few weeks back when trying to predict the next 10 games and that prediction will remain in my 10 games. However I now believe we will get something from this game be because Barnet are having problems winning lately. If Mr Burns plays a back 5 with Hunter playing centre of defence I reckon we get a least a draw. It's interesting looking at the Barnet forum the fans keep saying that balls over the top do them time and again. Unbeaten at home so far and no team goes all season in this league unbeaten at home. Key players are Joe and Mancini on the break for this one.

Don't think parking the bus is the way to go myself. We pretty much did that at home and we're lucky to escape with a draw, don't hold out much hope for 2 clean sheets against them so we're going to need to score a goal or 2.
I'd make 1 change and that would be Hunter in for Fev just to bolster the midfield presence and break things up.

Yes that could work. I reckon it will be a one goal margin between the two sides. I always fancy us scoring one or two so who knows it may be a good day.

Play Mani D & Madine from the start,I’d fancy a result.
Play Mani on his own & try to get a point will end in defeat.

need a far better defensive performance than what was on offer at york and gateshead. at least we only conceeded one at forest green. the goals scored against the other two were pointless if we came home with nothing as we did. would love to go back to sarll ball for a day. bore everyone to death but nick a winner.

Even if we do win its still only 2 wins in a row twice all season.
We need at least 4 wins in a row about 4 times before game 46.

Need to approach all games with a set up of 2 up front and go for it.

Shudent be getting told shit that games v the top teams won't define our season.

See what happens eh.

LL in the Mail that all options of formation are still on the menu.
Maybe lulling Barnet into a 1 up front.
Then at 2:15pm play the same 442 to smash up Barnet.
UTP.

Dropped points regardless of the oposition will mof course define our finishing position.
We should be sending out a team expecting to win every game if we want to get out of this division.

3 or 4 1 Barnet with Lennie then talking about how our season isn’t defined by getting humped by the good teams
Then the 4 out of next 5 are away excuses will roll in…

Or maybe they surprise us all and put in 2 decent performances in a row, the Barnet manager is an unambiguous cock end so it would be nice to beat them and see him splutter out some excuses a la our dear departed Sarlly

Barnet play a very fluid formation with 2 number 10s and wingback providing width , so in some ways going 4-5-1 or 4-4-2 and instruct grey and Mancini to go high and keep wing-backs pushed back
I would also tell Sheron to stay very close/kick the shit out of Glover who was their best player last game against us
Obviously it will be tough as they have good players for this level but forcing or trying to anyway their wing backs to be full backs is our best shot imo

hope he is wrong as i prefer to play it tomorrow rather than mid week with a long trip either before or after the game which could affect us in more than one game.

just had a quick look at their website and they seem to be really pushing on for promotion that makes you healous. signed an experianced keeper on loan and ndlovu full time from boreham wood who i,m sure looked dangerous when we played them. what news have we got. satisfied with the current squad. no wonder its just up to the lads on the pitch to keep the interest going. a good new signing just adds more interest and gets fans talking more across pubs and in the workplace.

Lawrence more or less said on Tees yesterday we could get 1 in but it's not important.

would have sounded better if he had just said he was keeping an open mind to incoming players. nobody will know who will be available or not at this moment and that statement from him gives the impression there is no more money for transfers that will surely get more raj bashing. at least he is being honest and we know the score instead of being fed a load of bollocks that does not happen.

Hi Barnet fan in peace. I registered just to give an update but it turns out the game has already been postponed. I live about a mile from The Hive Stadium, the ground in my back garden is frozen solid and I was going to say it is forecast for similar conditions tomorrow. I was looking forward to this game but at least now you won't have to make any unnecessary journeys. As one poster pointed out, now you will have a long journey midweek with another long journey either before or after. Have a safe journey down at the rearranged fixture.
