I can't even describe the noise that was coming out of the telly. It was that bad I just sat there mouth open for about 90 seconds!!! Absolutely murdered a song that I really like. Got the remote turned the telly off and went to bed.

I couldn't agree more - poor Sweaties had their fireworks cancelled, I'm still laughing about it now, 4 days later!

It did mean that we were spared Auld Langs Sine (got to one of my most hated tunes ever) and that queer hand holding that they insist on.

Was worried about an overspill invasion of Sweaties into Kettering from McCorby- fortunately we remained relatively jock free!

No contact from moderators as yet which leads me to two potential conclusions.

Either:
My days are numbered and it is only a matter of time till my existence as contributor to this board is terminated by moderator intervention. This would be a significant blow because with the exception of one individual I have always enjoyed sharing my thoughts and reading the thoughts of other posters on here. But I would get over it and on balance it would be worth it.

Or:
The moderators have concluded that one of the the most unpleasent narcissistic kunts on here has got what he deserves so no intervention is required.

unless anybody has been to those two towns its hard to believe with them being so close together is how different both of them are giving their similar size as well.
