Yours truly completed the above race this morning.

Did it in a time of 45:07 slashing a minute off last week's Billingham 10k time!

2,500+ runners with quite a few Boro shirts to be seen it has to be said, smog wasn't too bad apart from however had to put up with Jeff Winter on the pa at the finish line!

Another t-shirt and medal for the bottom drawer :roll:
