just imagine if pools had done the same. possibly tamworth have their own black hole to fill. its not as if it will encourage anyone to go back again after being fleeced for a one off game even if they do sell out. the laugh is any fan who will swerve the game due to the price will be regulars rather than tourists to the town.

That's a big jump in price just to go watch Spurs reserves beat you. It's also on TV so they will be getting a big chunk for that as well. Another example of clubs not giving a shit about the ordinary fans who go every week, but treat them as a cash cow!!

That's appalling - I'm shocked they're allowed to play them on that god awful plastic pitch of theirs too.

Reckon the shit could well and truly hit the fan should a Spurs player get badly injured

just make it a rule that clubs have to charge their normal league admission prices for all games no matter who they play. has anyone attended a cup game anyway because the price at the gate is reduced and no other reason. very few i,d guess but tamworth might have priced out more especially this time of the year when money can be tight for many.
