100% I watched him closely in the Barnet game and can honestly say we probably would have won that had he played 45mins he was superb. Again we have Lua Lua who should be used a lot more aswell. Two brilliant game winners sat on the bench. I am sure Mr.Burns knows that and is trying not to disturb or piss off the current players but I would without a doubt. I remember Cloughie bringing back two players from injury despite his team having not lost in 7 games 6 wins and a draw. He was asked if was it risky to change after such a good run...his answer was pure gold " they should have won the bloody 7 ".

Going by the Mail.
It's the off the ball work Campbell is doing keeping Mancini off the pitch..

Anyhow looks like Saturday v Tamworth could open up a few more options for the Southend game.
Limerick rates this squad massively so we gotta up the points return from the 2nd half of the season.

And under no circumstances if we fail can it be put onto Sarly.
If The team squad is as good as its made out to be then we finish top 7.
It's as basic as that.
UTP.

I'd say Sarll has to carry some blame, we're probably about 9 or 10 points short of where we could have been imo.
But the major blame would lie at Lennies feet.
Let's hope we're not looking for scapegoats come May.

Mancini's in a bit of a no-win situation. He will probably get a start against Tamworth, but unless he plays a blinder he'll go straight back onto the bench for the next month or so.

Meanwhile 7 or 8 regulars can get away with a run of so-so games because they are 'reliable.'

It's the curse of the flair player. Right now, I'd say it's more important for the team's prospects that Mancini regularly gets 25-30 minutes to do his stuff from the bench rather than the current 10-15 minutes, which is close to taking the piss.

exactly. its fine having a team of reliably workhorses but a really good team can accomodate someone who could be a matchwinner on their own even if they are totally out of the game before that happened. its not mancini,s situation but i do get sick of hearing how a certain player is seen as a good lad who does really well in training, gets picked on a regular basis only to look poor and innefective on matchdays.

But Kevin to some its not as good as made out.
So not making the P/Offs should not come as a disappointment to the few.

and last season after his injury we looked second rate. he,s the type of player who like others will have good and bad games but unlike others he can turn a game and the side on his good days.
