I dont suppose Robinson is desperately needed back at Derby which leads you to the conclusion he was not happy with the opportunites he got at Pools. Wonder if he will be loaned out to a rival NL side and then run the midfield against us later in the season.

Probably. Did he even get a game for Pools? What's the point of loaning a player then not playing them?

Robinson did start a couple of games for Pools but wasn't in contention a lot of the time because of Northern Ireland U-21 call-ups. Waste of time really - it was the same when Liam Donnelly was on the books the season we first dropped out of the EFL
