they,d be better keeping him and finding money to push them on even further. given the right financial backing you could see em as a league club before pools. rather a team from cornwall succeeding than another south east based outfit for sure.

452 miles if you use the postcodes of both grounds.

And why do all direction websites and satnavs still take you A1(M)/M62/M18/M1 when you have been able to keep well away from that (mainly) shitty two-lane stretch of the A1(M) and the equally shitty M18 and take the A1(M)/M1 direct interchange near Garforth for at least 20 years...?

I know it's about 7 miles longer, but it's glorious three-lane motorway all the way - and quicker in my experience. Others may have different opinions, but I know which way I'd go and that's joining the M1 at the first opportunity.

bit like pools where both are in similar positions as they were 12 months back. big question for phillips is can he get them to have a late finish of the season like last season to make em safe for another year.

Can't say Askey's interviews have got any more exciting since he's been down here, but he's getting the job done. The immediate issue is keeping hold of Oxlade-Chamberlain when his loan expires next month. He's been unbelievably good recently.

Truro are owned by a Canadian consortium, have a new ground and gave Askey a multi-year contract and all of pre-season to build and coach a side for this campaign.

KP is one league game in at a basket case club that go through managers at the same rate as Pools. He'll be lucky if he's given till Christmas to turn things around. "a good job to come into.." More comedy gold from Loyal

he could bore me to death as long as he brings results on a saturday and tuesday. too much is made out of manager interviews now. if we want good ones just employ a stand up comedian. shit we have done that but they left their joke books at home.
