It looks like the donkeys grandad has just replaced him though. I expected a breath of fresh air and all we got what a load of stale shite. We don't have the luxury of time to turn this season around, a good win today would have been a huge confidence booster for us and the players, most of them today looked as if their chins were on the floor and it didn't get any better as the game went on, they still look hugely lacking in confidence.

I don’t think anyone is about to launch a campaign of abuse aimed at the players. As I mentioned above, the midfield and forward line will surely click given a reasonable amount of time. The defence is of more concern with both Ferguson and Waterfall seemingly struggling badly to regain last season’s form. The majority of fans will be patient in the interim period between Sarll’s belated departure and his replacement’s appointment but this won’t last if performances and results don’t improve.

Dodds looked fine in the first couple of games but he's gone backwards massively. Don't know if it's the way we play, playing alongside Waterfall and Fergy, or just a lack of confidence. Personally I think he's shown at times that he's over the injury without long term effect he's just not showing a decent and consistent level of form.

He was never going to be the same after that injury he may get back to it one day, but the lad will have ups and downs after being out a year. Doesnt help having ferguson and waterfall with him.

The only hope we've got is being lucky and finding a manager to get this lot playing to their strengths. LL doesn't look like he's the answer even in the short term.

what got me with LL is that two part of a game idea he has got. keep it tight in the first 60 mintes of one game then start to play in the next 30 because the last 30 minute side cannot keep it up for a full game. right then start with the team that finished for 60 and shore it up in defence and midfield later on. might not work but we,d at least see decent football for two thirds of the game. anything is worth trying now.

I think it's time we give ManiO a game from the start. Waterfall is clearly carrying an injury, Sass Davies had a shocker at Brackley and managed to head a free header wide from 5 yards, when it was easier to score.

ManiO is half decent when not the main man, so think he'd do well alongside Parkes marshalling the defence, adding a bit of pace too.

I think playing 60/ 30 halves AWAY is fine,
though that needs to be flipped at home and we should be going for the jugular as the Home side, starting our most attacking 11 including both Campbell and Mancini from minute 1, with the ball on the floor.

As I said above, Mancini and Campbell have tight hamstrings so cant be risked for 90 minutes. LL said this in the post Maidenhead match interview on You Tube.

Start them and take control of games and build a lead instead of holding them back then bringing them on to chase a point after being behind.

Well if that's the case and neither are capable of a full 90. Give them a half each until both are fit. Then start Both together.
