Amid the euphoria of Sarll going, it seems to have slipped under the radar that Gateshead were beaten 3-1 at home in their replay last night by the mighty Hednesford Town, currently 17th in the Northern Premier League 1 West.

But then again im sure they said that about the last 2 very successful candidates they had in. Its a massive step for the lad and the pressure will be on given how well they have started again. Us stumbling from one disaster to another now unable to beat national north sides. I will hazard a guess now Gateshead will probobly still finish higher than us, unless we find the elusive miracle worker.
