Cut a long story short.
Got told Sing is hanging about for the Millhouse Masterplan Regeneration which is worth a fortune.

Why else would he in February knock back a genuine takeover from The Trust
And the Americans earlier.

Kev can you give a little more information because I always thought any money from development would go to the ground landlord not the tenant or have I completely misunderstood your post. sctatchinghead

I can’t see how the club would get anything, they don’t own the ground they’re just tenants I assume. IOR tried and failed, so unless the Council are planning to sell the ground (the way things are going now anything is possible) I can see no money to be made.

unlike the manager who can be replaced raj cannot unless there is somebody willing and more able to take the club over. its pointless getting wound up about the situation where most would love him to sell up for a better owner to come in. need to find one first.

I'm sure he will when the price is right. Just a matter of working his way down the long line of potential sugar daddies stood along Clarence Rd with their wallets open.

True, I don't think there is anyone in existence with the specific combination of wealth and stupidity that it would take to buy the club and take on its debt. We had a consortium that ticked the wealth box but alas not the other one.
